All-in-One Inner & Outer Bag Packaging – Simultaneously forms, fills, seals, and wraps individual tea bags with an inner tag, then automatically packs them into a secondary outer bag (foil, paper, or transparent film) with its own label – eliminating manual handling and reducing labor costs.
Precision Thread Hanging System – Our servo-driven thread applicator securely attaches a heat-resistant cotton or PLA string to each tea bag, with a pre-printed tag (label) crimped or glued onto the free end. The system supports adjustable string length (80–200 mm) and tag sizes, ensuring consistent positioning for premium brand presentation.
Dual-Labeling Module – Equipped with two independent labeling heads: one for the inner tag (inline with the thread) and another for the outer bag (front/back or wrap-around labeling). Supports thermal transfer, inkjet coding, or pre-printed adhesive labels for batch numbers, expiry dates, barcodes, and brand logos – all synchronized with the packing cycle.
High-Speed Production – Achieve up to 40–60 bags per minute (depending on bag size and outer wrap type) with a user-friendly PLC touchscreen interface that stores up to for different tea blends, bag materials, and label formats.
Material Flexibility – Handles heat-sealable non-woven fabric, nylon mesh, paper, or PET/PLA biodegradable materials for inner bags, and a wide range of outer film structures with reliable sealing integrity.
Smart Quality Control – Integrated sensors detect missing threads, misplaced labels, or empty seals, automatically rejecting defective packs to ensure output quality – critical for food safety and brand reputation.
