Automatic bag loading: Multiple bags are manually placed into the bag feeder (top or bottom feeding), followed by automatic vacuum bag suction for installation.

Reserve a printing station with options for ribbon printing, inkjet printing, thermal transfer, or laser printing (printers provided by the customer).

Bag Opening: The workstation consists of an upper bag opener, a blower, and a bag separator. The upper bag opener performs mechanical actions, using a suction cup to create vacuum and open the bag opening. Simultaneously, the dual-claw arms move along guide rails toward the center of the bag, positioning themselves for the suction nozzle to pull the bag laterally without causing it to detach or rebound. To prevent bag opening rebound, the blower works in coordination with the vacuum suction cup. To avoid deformation of the bag opening after opening, the separator undergoes the following sequence: ascent → bag expansion → detection of opened state → synchronous relocation to Station 3 → ascent → reversal back to Station 2.
