Its simple structure occupies minimal space, featuring PLC-based touchscreen control for easy operation, maintenance, and cleaning. The entire unit is constructed entirely from premium SUS304 stainless steel, combining exceptional quality with high stability.

Device Features

1. Wide filling capacity range; standard models accommodate measurements from 20 ml to 5000 ml.

2. High versatility: suitable for filling not only liquids with good flowability but also emulsions, pastes, and even sauces containing ultrafine particles, making it widely applicable in industries such as daily chemical products and food processing.

3. Fast filling speed: Changing the bottle type only requires adjusting the filling valve height and modifying the filling capacity in the touch interface.

4. The lifting of the filling valve is driven by a cylinder; for liquids prone to foaming, a servo motor can be optionally installed to drive the valve in synchronization with the liquid level.

5. The storage hopper is equipped with a level sensor: it replenishes material when low and stops operation when full.

6. The storage hopper can be optionally equipped with cleaning balls to meet cleaning requirements; for special materials, options include electrically heated stirring hoppers or pressurized hoppers.
